The leg rests and seat cushion are missing , but it definitely works. the replacement leg rests cost anywhere between $100 used or $500 new. is very sturdy and we'll fit your needs and comes in handy. the tires were replaced not too long ago , so they're still life to them. i have the battery and the charger. without the leg rest and seat cushion, you are still able to get in and use the tilt and drive.So it's fully functionable.
